You need the lantern to access Crystal Peak, which requires Sly. The only other entrance would be the one from Royal Waterways, and while I can see someone doing that, the problem would be getting to City of Tears in the first place. The City of Tears entrance would not be open from that side. The Forgotten Crossroads and Queen's Station entrances both require the dash to cross a gap. If you could direct me to a guide/playthrough/info on this I'd love to learn how to get around those obstacles!įor example, I can't think of a way to get the Mantis Claw without the Mothwing Cloak.
